Homeroom for Mom's

The kids have a homeroom to find out about activities, get ready for the day, catch up on their knowledge, but what about Moms?? Don't we get a homeroom??

Thanks to MSN and Frosted Mini-Wheats, now we do!! And this couldn't have come at a better time for me, I'm a newbie with this whole "sending kids off to school" thing. Mom's Homeroom is an awesome resource for helping your kids succeed and is stuffed with tips, tricks, tools and so much more! And now that I've got a new printer... that has ink... I love love love the printables available at Mom's Homeroom!Right now, the discussion on board of Mom's Homeroom is "Writing: What has helped your children become better writers?" Let me tell ya, this is a great topic, because Boug has pretty much refused to learn lowercase letters, except for the little i... she's a fan of the little i. I absolutely love being able to look through the responses and see what has worked for other families, and find a way to implement them with ours!

The resources at Mom's Homeroom are definitely bookmarked on my computer, the videos are so helpful and the community is amazing. Its nice to know that there's a place where you can connect with other Moms to learn ways to help your children succeed, cause really, isn't that what all parents aim for??

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. In addition, Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.

Thanks, Casey! Girlie Girl is in High School now, but I always love new tips. I'll be sure to check it out.
