Hallmark's Edge of Motherhood

As an unorganized, non-tidy, control freak, mother of two, I'm always on the edge of my own sanity, so when I saw the Edge of Motherhood cards from Hallmark, I just about fell over. Instant love. Immediate laughter. A sigh of relief. Validation.I'm sorry, but if laughing at a card with a mother talking to her son that says "No, really. Go Hide. I'll come find you" is wrong, then I don't want to be right. The inside says "Do whatever it takes to get some peace and quiet today." I can't even begin to tell you how much I can relate to Hallmark's Edge of Motherhood cards!! (I'll never tell how many times I've told Boug that we should play hide n' seek.)

As moms, we need to see the lighter side of things and I know that I turn to my girls, my best friends, the other mothers in my life to vent and know that they appreciate what I'm saying most days. How perfect is a card to give to one of your girlfriends that celebrates who you are as a mother, without losing your sense of humor?!?!

Hallmark has also come out with their new encouragement cards for kids, loaded with and without sound, that are a great way to give your kid the pat on the back that they need! With school coming up, celebrate that first A or 100% on a quiz with a Hallmark encouragement card for the kiddos!

You can find some of the cards online, but you can purchase the full collections at Hallmark stores or other stores where Hallmark cards are sold!!
