Mega Mama's Day Giveaway!!

What Mother isn't deserving of some pampering?!?! For all the boo-boo kissing, peanut butter 'n jelly making, snotty nose wiping, non-stop going... every Mom deserves a big of an indulgence, just for themselves, even if it weren't Mothers Day!! And by the way, I could go on and on with all the stuff that Mothers do... but if I did, this post would be wayyy long!!

Lets start with the dishwashing... Mom's do so much dishwashing that the hands suffer most definitely, especially us Mom's without a dishwasher, those of us that ARE the dishwasher. For those times where the nails are just plain suffering, we need the Tweezerman Nail Rescue Kit!! With 3 mini nail essentials in a great case to keep them all together, its perfect!! You get the Pushy Cuticle Pusher, the Snipper and the Nail File for fixing up your pretty hands! The Nail Rescue kit is available at the Tweezerman site for $20!

Moving on to our hair... its getting pulled by babies, twirled by kiddos, tossed up in ponytails and just not taken care of like it should be. The Coconut Amla Revitalizing Hair Treatment by Global Goddess is a top selling product because it WORKS! This is the perfect treatment to soothe your tired hair and add shine! Loaded with amla extract, avocado oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, henna and neem oil to rejuvenate, moisturize, nourish, protect, soothe and add volume and shine. The Coconut Amla Revitalizing Hair Treatment is available at Dillard's, VictoriasSecret.com and GlobalGoddessBeauty.com for $45 for a 6 oz bottle.

And then the face... we must take care of our face!! After being splatted with baby food, the sun while playing outside, the forgetting to wash cause you're just so damn tired... our face is forgotten at times!! So for a pick me up, what do we usually do? We put on some makeup and we feel a bit better about ourselves. Ramy beauty's cream quads are amazing because they contain 4 colors that can be used on eyes, cheeks and lips to consolidate just how much that you need keep on you for those times where you just want some makeup on!! With their soft powder finish and an oil-free, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formula, Ramy beauty's cream quads are fitting for almost every skin type!! $25 each cuts down on the cost for makeup, when other individual items are just that much!! Available at Ramy.com

Would you like to win a gift package this Mother's Day?? It consists of the Coconut Amla Revitalizing Hair Treatment, a Tweezerman Nail Rescue Kit, and 2 Ramy cream quads!! I'm also tossing in some other little goodies that I've picked up along the way... exfoliating gloves, toe separators for pedicures etc... This package is worth over $120!!

Sandra,  May 5, 2009 at 12:41 PM

My Mom so deserves this. I can't even begin to tell you what hell her last two weeks have been. She cut off her left middle finger in a freak accident at work. While in the hospital having surgery on that they told her she had a mild heart attack about a week ago and is now undergoing a battery of tests to see if she needs bypass surgery. She needs something good to come in her life right about now and I'd love to be able to pamper her.

My mom definitely deserves it, she has been in a mighty battle against cancer since March of 2005. My sister who has taken her to every appt, and who changed her own life and has lost 76 pounds this year deserves it.
My sister in law.. Her hubby has been laid off and he thankfully has been available to help everyone out with everything they need. My sister in law has been stressed about him not having a job..
I could go on and on, but won't...

I'd like to say me, just because with my husband's swing shift and addiction to World of Warcraft my sahm mom job is 24/7 and he's not really one to acknowledge mother's day, not that he wouldn't give me something if I ask for it. But I'd likely give it to someone equally deserving - or more. Or split it up a bit. My mom for instance always deserves pampering - she lives far and she worked hard for us growing up. And now she's retired and living on a budget. We supplement but its not the same.

My mom is absolutely the most deserving of this pampering package. I'd love to give it to her.

Maryann May 9, 2009 at 7:12 AM

I could really use to pamper myself a bit. I am the mom of 2 boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. we are really busy with trying to recover him so I'm always busy and stressed out. thanks for a chance to win.

Hmmm, at first my answer was going to be ME, but then I thought about it, and I have friends who are just as hard working a mother as me, so perhaps I can share with them! It's fun to surprise your friends with something unexpected, even if it is just 1 pampering item, sometimes the mere thought is a new beauty product can be the uplift and confidence booster you need! I'd keep one of the quads for me and divvy out the rest to my other friends who are struggling, over tired moms, invite them over for coffee and let them pick a treat, it would make me smile for sure! Thanks so much for the opportunity to enter.

My mom could use this. She has been working forever and is unable to retire. She is a nurse and works with people that are developmentally handicapped. They are totally disabled so she bathes and diapers them. These would relax her on her days off or at the end of the day.

Well, I think we ALL need to take time to pamper ourselves...but right now I really think Sister #3 needs it most. She's going through a really rough time. So she definitely needs it most out of anyone I know :)

My Mom needs to be pampered. She's 85 and going strong.

Sheila R,  May 9, 2009 at 10:32 PM

I really need pampering. Not the kind of pampering that invovles changing my son's daipers either. I am frumpy mommy. Kinda like the lady before she goes in the the Stepford wives machine. I would definately share it with my mom we both deserve a little pampering.

I need to pamper myself. Need a de-stresser & that is always beauty related.

carolpie May 10, 2009 at 12:08 AM

I need it the most as I look like crap! Really, getting older takes more time to look nice every day. I exercise every day and really try to eat well and do my hair and makeup, but my hair is looking bad and this sure would help. I like to look nice for my hubby!

My mom is very accomplished in the art of taking care of herself. I am definitely guilty of not stopping for two seconds to add any quality to my being.

Victoria May 10, 2009 at 1:13 AM

OK, I know this is out of the norm, but I've been unemployed since Oct. My husband is in a job he doesn't like, but it keeps us going and provides health care (which we have to have or get fined in MA)Ofcourse whatever he didn't enjoy I'd be selfish about :)

Jill Myrick (jsc123) May 10, 2009 at 1:25 AM

This would make a great present for my mom.
And I can't think of anyone who deserves it more.
Thank you so much for the chance to win.
