Zenses Review & Giveaway

**COMMENTS ARE CLOSED AND A WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!**

So who got a Nintendo DS for Christmas? Who's kiddo got a Nintendo DS for Christmas? Need some game ideas to start up your library of games?

Game Factory Games has Zenses, which a great "me-time" game. Snag this up for yourself, sneak your kids DS and hide in closet with a bottle of wine...

Zenses has an Zenses: Ocean Edition and a Zenses: Rainforest Edition, both are great stress relievers, but they still keep your mind active and challenge you. Relaxing puzzle games and soothing sounds with authentic rainforest and oceanic visuals.

Zenses is different because there is no reason to press any keys except to turn your DS on! They are both played with the stylus only. There are 6 easy to pick up but oh-so-addictive puzzley brain games to enjoy.

The Zenses: Rainforest Edition allows you to explore the amazon while playing games infused with raindrops, waterfalls, exotic flower and giant trees. Rainforest edition features games like Sapphire Wheel, Mirror Maze, Stack Jack and Bumble Breaker.

The Zenses: Ocean Edition will have you relaxing while playing puzzle games that involve the soothing ocean tides, rippling water, reefs and corals, as well as sea life. These games include Hot Spot, Shell Twirl, Turtle Turn, Pearl Diver and Wave Breaker.

These are single player games, rated E for Everyone and run about $29.99 each. They are available at Amazon.com, Target, Wal-Mart and many other retailers.

Want both of these games? One winner will receive both the Zenses: Ocean Edition and the Zenses: Rainforest Edition!

Even the bathroom is not sacred in this house. I actually have to feign a headache and head to my bedroom with a book and a diet coke for some "me" time.

Our eldest daughter has Asperger's syndrome (a form of autism) and the best gift we ever gave her was her beloved Nintendo DS. I would love to win this game for her because it would be very delightfully relaxing & therapeutic for her!

Anonymous,  December 26, 2008 at 10:36 PM

After work allday and 3 boys to look after at night, I tend to take 30 minutes of me time although some days it's just to difficult to accomplish. But I put on a pair of headphones and listen to music for 30 minutes and then I am ready to move on into the evening. On nice days I try to walk for 30 minutes.

I go into my closet, push the clothes to either side, and sat against the back wall and read a book, or make a list of things i want to do. I come out so refreshed even it is only 5 minutes.sartessa@yahoo.com

I relax by surfing on the net. Thats my time. My cup of iced tea and my ipod with an ebook that I listen too. I love it. I put the kids to bed at 10pm and I sit in the livingroom in my own world while hubby watches TV.
We talk during the commercials! LOL

Crazy as it sounds, go out to the car, lock myself in and turn on the radio. If it's loud enough I can ignore the tapping on the windows :)

I relax by taking a nice hot bubble bath.

Oh you MUST be kidding... Relax? I'm not sure I remember that word... However, my "me" time is to LOCK myself in the bathroom and pretend to be hmmmm "busy"... While in reality I am really laying on the bathroom floor in the fetal position humming... Ok maybe not all that but I do have to lock the door and ignore the knocks and "MOOOOMMMM" wiicked13 [at] yahoo [dot] com

I find time to relax after my children go to bed at night. My favorite way to relax is reading and drinking a cup of tea. Thanks!

I'm a military spouse and mother of six. ME time? Hmmmm that'd HAVE to be when I run to the bathroom, lock the door, turn on the exhaust fan and pretend to potty while maybe getting thru one or two magazine articles!!

Seriously...ME time....Its soooooooo on my WISH list!

About the only time I get is when Darling Husband takes the boys out bike riding, or to the library or the movies, or shopping. It actually works well, often enough to preserve my sanity... Mostly...

flared0ne December 31, 2008 at 9:25 PM

My Darling red-headed Wife gets downright green with envy -- I'm a night-owl type, and start to get energized at about midnight. She gripes that I get several hours of peace-and-quiet all to myself -- so we work it so SHE gets some "quiet time" too.

I'm a bookworm, so I definitely love to curl up in my blankets and read a fun novel as a way to take my mind off the everyday madness. Thanks for the entry and happy New Year!

I like to go on my computer everyday, ALONE. So when hubby is here during the day (he works nights), he lets me lock myself in the garage where I have a desk set up. It is my own little hideaway.
