Play like a pet with Petcentric.com!

We're cat owners here, she's a attitude filled, spunky girl, and even at about 10 years old, she's full of energy. Though one day we do wish we can have a dog, our kitty Sierra is a member of the family. Petcentric by Purina is a new online community that can help you embrace being a pet owner, with all sorts of awesome information.

An older picture of Boug and Miss Sierra the high and mighty cat.

At Petcentric, you can post pictures, interact with other pet owners, and learn so much about being a pet owner yourself. If you're looking for a way to incorporate your pup in your wedding, Petcentric can give you some great ideas. There are fun games like the Dog Speak Translator, that cracks me up, the dog that acts out the actions is too dang cute!! They even have an iPhone app where you can find pet friendly places to head to while out and about.

There's also a Winter Wonderland contest going on through January 15th at Petcentric, where you can enter to win some really awesome prizes for you and your pet!! Also, make sure your following them on Twitter for more fun and games. Also, on their Facebook fan page you can enter their Everyday with Rachel Ray sweepstakes to win a tote full fo pet friendly and fun products!

I've passed Petcentric on to so many friends so far, especially a dear one who lives a bit far. We've been friends for years, but I was so happy for her when she opened her own doggy-babysitting style business. She was even finding stuff on Petcentric that she didn't know about!

Would you like to win a Nikon Coolpix 10.0 megapixel digital camera to capture all your pet memories?? Leave a comment here with something from the Petcentric site that you found to be helpful or fun!!

Get crazy tees from Crazy Dog T-Shirts!

Photobucket
One can never have too many tees, especially ones that get the comments, the laughs and that fit the wearers personality perfectly. When I saw the tees at Crazy Dog T-Shirts, it was damn near impossible to pick one, there was one for so many people in my life- including myself, but of course, 'tis the season and I grabbed the "Keepin' it classy" t-shirt as a gift for my mom. There's a stoyr behind it of course, she's kinda ocd with her red plastic disposable cups. She washes them, reuses them and naturally drinks her red wine spritzers from them... so yes, she does in fact "keep it classy." It was a tough choice, because the tees that Crazy Dog Tees offers are hilarious, witty, and really extensive. They even offer $9 tees for those of us on a budget who still want those giggle worthy items! I really can't stop saying "oooh I want that one..." each time I browse the site. They have tees that feature the one and only Chuck Norris, ones that reference The Office, Bayside Tigers tees for the Saved by the Bell fans, and seriously so much more. A great place to start browsing is Crazy Dog T-Shirts "Best Sellers" section!!

Want to win a tee shirt from Crazy Dog T-Shirts?? Simply head over to their site and browse around, what catches your eye? Leave a comment here letting me know!! One winner will receive their choice of tee from Crazy Dog!

Make sure to increase your winning chances by entering Melissa's Crazy Dog T-Shirts giveaway too!

Menu Plan Monday- with a giveaway!!

After another busy and hectic week, going back to work, adding a holiday in there, the baby being sick, only two days of school... I'm ready for some sort of normalcy. Although I'm not quite sure anymore what normalcy is!!This MPM is a special one, because I'm adding in a super cool giveaway along with it, so make sure you follow the entry instructions and get your name in there!!

When Knock-Knock made an opportunity available to review one of their recipe/meal-planning products I knew how perfect it would be to hold the review and giveaway during Menu Plan Monday. I mean, honestly, the "What To Eat" illustrates the point of MPM perfectly! With spaces Sunday through Saturday to write in what's for dinner, as well as a whole column dedicated to "not dinner" with the categories, breakfasts, lunches and grab bag. It makes menu planning an easy task.

I'm loving that I can use the magnetic backing to just pop it on the fridge, instead of all the little scrap pieces of paper that I usually have lying around with the menu plan on it. And it makes it super easy for those just starting to menu plan, my own mother is always saying how great it is to be disciplined enough to menu plan, but even she hasn't started it. This would be such a great gift for even her!!

Knock-Knock doesn't offer only menu planning pads, they have so many others that are everything from silly to witty, from ingenious to practical. They carry sticky notes, books, kits, pads, calendars, and even bundles. I also adore the "blah blah blah" sticky notes, and also the "note to self" pad!!

Want to win a "What to Eat" meal planner pad from Knock-Knock?? Browse their site and leave a comment here with another one of their items you like!

Recipes are below!!

Monday: Grilled Cheese & Soup

Tuesday:
Bacon Wrapped BBQ Apple Chicken (carryover from last week)

Wednesday: Beef Roast (carryover from last week)

Thursday: Crockpot Philly Cheesesteaks

Friday: Pasta with Pesto

Saturday: Hot Ham Sandwiches

Sunday: Corn & Spinach Crockpot Enchiladas

Once again, breakfasts are usually cold cereal, oatmeal and sometimes Boug just wants toast and a banana! Lunches usually are leftovers or sandwiches paired with yogurt or fruit generally. My meals are usually a bit heavier in meats and chickens as hub is a butcher and brings so much home for free or next to nothing!! Check out more Menu Plan Monday entries at orgjunkie!!

Recipes:::

Bacon Wrapped BBQ Apple Chicken (all you magazine??)
1/2 c barbecue sauce
2 apples, such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored and grated
juice of 1 lemon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices bacon
salt and pepper

In a small bowl, combine bbq sauce, grated apple and lemon juice. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast half. Place wrapped chicken in slow cooker and top with bbq-sauce mixture.
Set slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.

Beef Roast
I'll just combine a beef roast in the crockpot with dry brown gravy mix, 1/2 cup water, ranch dressing mix and italian dressing mix. I'll toss some veggies in like potatoes, carrots, maybe celery and onion. Not my usual way of making a roast, but figured I'd try it out!!

Crockpot Philly Cheese Steaks (from Finding Joy in My Kitchen)
1 lb. beef
1/2 sliced onion
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1 C beef broth
1/8 C soy sauce
garlic, salt and pepper if desired

Place beef in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour broth and soy sauce over the beef. Layer the onion and peppers over the beef and sprinkle with seasonings, if desired. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours. Top with choice of cheese (we'll be using provolone!)

Hot Ham Sandwiches
3 lbs. thin sliced deli ham
2 c. apple juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Separate ham and put into crockpot, combine apple juice, brown sugar, relish, mustard & paprika in a bowl to pour over ham. Cover, cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve on hard rolls or preferred bread.

Corn & Spinach Enchiladas (A Year of Slow Cooking)
1 c. creamed corn
1 c. shredded pre-cooked meat
1 c. baby spinach leaves
1/4 c. fine chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. chopped jalepenos
1.5 c. shredded cheese of choice
1 can green enchilada sauce (28 oz. size)
2/3 c. sour cream
corn tortillas
extra shredded cheese

Combine meat, corn, spinach, cilantro, jalepenos and shredded cheese. Mix together to create your enchilada filling. Combine your enchilada sauce with the sour cream in a separate bowl. Fill corn tortillas with enchilada filling and place into crockpot seam side down. Stack to fit as many as need be. After all filling is put into the torts, and they are stacked, pour your sauce over top, top with shredded cheese. Cook on low for 5-7 hours.

**This giveaway will accept entries until 11:59 pm on December 14th. Winner will be drawn with random.org and emailed. YoBaby YoBaby YO!

Lil' Buddy has become one pain in the neck of an eater all of a sudden. Its ridiculously annoying and obnoxious and nothing like his sister was. Boug would eat anything in sight and Bud will only eat a select few things. Thankfully, one of those things he'll eat is yogurt and of course, YoBaby has been a fave for a while now. Now I'm stoked that they have the new 3 in 1 yogurt meals that have not only their yogurt, but also fruit and vegetable puree at the bottom as well.

Being 100% natural and organic is a huge perk, because who wants to feed their kids junk that is processed and unnatural, loaded with sugar and who knows what else? With the 3 in 1 meals, I know that Bud is getting nutrition in, as well as not just eating cheese sandwiches and egg noodles. He loves the flavors that they come in, pear & green bean, apple & sweet potato, as well as peach & squash, I'm thinking he enjoyed the apple & sweet potato the most though. Another great thing about him with these, is that he's trying to learn how to use a spoon at this point and the consistency is perfect for him to dip his spoon in and attempt to feed himself with it.

Want to win a YoBaby 3 in 1 meals prize pack?? Leave a comment here with which flavor do you think your little one would like? Or have you already tried other YoBaby products, what flavor of those do they enjoy?? Prize pack includes a YoBaby travel bowl with lid, organic cotton YoBaby bib, an Eric Carle growth chart, 3 free YoBaby meals coupons.

Pink Together....

If you watched my Monday Mingle, you'd know that I have a thought on breast cancer awareness, and all cancer awareness, that it shouldn't just be one month. We should be aware ALWAYS, doing what we can to beat these aweful illnesses. Not just one month of the year. Regardless, it is breast cancer awareness month and now there's lots of light being shed on some great causes. One of those is of course, Susan G. Komen as well as PinkTogether.com and ShopKomen.com.

PinkTogether.com is a great site where people can reach to others, discuss and have a community of breast cancer survivors and supporters. No matter what the scenerio, support is always needed and this is a great place to find it. I love that General Mills is supporting Susan G. Komen, PinkTogether.com and ShopKomen.com. General Mills will be donating $2 million dollars to Susan G. Komen for the Cure as well as $1 (up to $20,000) for each encouraging comment, virtual flower bouquet or story shared on PinkTogether.com in October.

Another great way to support is by buying products that give back to breast cancer causes, which you can do at ShopKomen.com. 25% of each purchase benefits Komen for the Cure fight against breast cancer. With now being the season for gift giving, you can make it twofold, by purchasing items to give as gifts from ShopKomen and having that 25% donated back to Komen for the Cure. Its a win-win right?

Would you like to win a ShopKomen.com/PinkTogether.com prize pack? To enter, visit PinkTogether.com and let me know what you think, you can send a virtual bouquet, add a comment, tell me what touches your heart... whatever you'd like to do to support this cause. One winner will receive a ShopKomen.com/PinkTogether.com prize pack consisting of a sleeved travel mug, running ribbon charm bracelet, pink leather strap keychain, pink cinch bag and a set of inspirational note cards.

Safe Sleep for your Sweetie

When a new baby arrives, there's a ridiculous amount of planning that you did to get ready for that moment, and although you think you've covered all your bases, you quickly learn that you didn't. I didn't realize how handy and perfect that the Halo SleepSack's are until Boug was almost a year, no one told me, I didn't realize and I kicked myself for a while for not having one.

The SleepSack's are wonderful, not only because they're great for keeping your sweetie warm, but more importantly (in my opinion) they are a phenomenal way to reduce the SIDS risk. With the Halo SleepSack, you don't need to have any loose bedding in the crib, like a blanket. That loose bedding is a threat in a way, it can get into your babys face and make breathing difficult quite easily.

The importance of keeping your baby safe obviously doesn't go overlooked with parents, but the Halo SleepSack is one of those gifts I like to put on the "baby shower gift roster" for all my friends. You can even head to the Halo site and print out some "safe sleep tips" to put along with your gift of safe sleep. Those are just my thoughts though on a perfect baby shower gift, there's more Halo items at the site and more resources that you can reference as well.

Want to win your choice of a pink or blue Halo Sleepsack? Leave a comment here with another Halo product that catches your eye! (Pink is size small, 10-18 lbs, Blue is size newborn, sleepsack swaddle, 6-12 lbs, your choice!)

Bed Bouquet Review & Giveaway!

To be honest, the house we just moved into isn't the sweetest smelling place. Right across the street is barns and the polo field, next door is the sheep field and beyond that is the cow field. Needles to say, it smells a little "farm-y" around here. I've plugged in my air fresheners, lit candles, sprayed air freshener and done all the little things that you can do to freshen up the air in your house... and I've placed a Bed Bouquet under my sheets on my bed.

Bed Bouquet is a completely unnoticeable packet that has small vents in it that lets an awesome scent escape and freshen up the place where you need to be the most relaxed- the bed. Receiving the linen and the citrus scents, I had to try the citrus out first, I'm a big fan of all things citrusy smelling. I followed the instructions, peeled off the sticky side, pulled up my fitted sheet, peeled the cover off the vented side, stuck the Bed Bouquet to my mattress and put the fitted sheet back on. Though it wasn't time for bed, I curled up in my spot to check it out and see if it smelled through the sheet... sure enough, it was the perfect strength and it smelled lovely! And lasting about 30 days, I won't have to worry about it again for a few more weeks!

The scents available are fabulous, linen fresh, citrus, jasmine & white rose, and lavender & vanilla, and all are designed not to stain your sheets, cause no one wants to ruin sheets just for a sweet smell!!

Want to win a 2 pack of Bed Bouquet? Just leave a comment here with which scents you'd like (don't worry, you can change your mind if you win!) There will be 2 winners in this giveaway!

Pack in some flavor with Progresso

If you follow along here at A Couch With A View, you'll notice my menu plan Monday posts. Lately I feel like I've been able to move from my comfort zone and try out new things, new products and new recipes. I love my old "tried and true" but switching it up has been a great way to keep meals from becoming boring.

Though I've been trying to branch out a bit, there are certain brands and items that are just "staples" in my pantry. Progresso has always been one of those staples. I've always turned to their broth for recipes that call for it, no matter what. And of course, gotta love that the broths are 100% natural, fat free, gluten free, no preservatives, no added msg and no artificial flavors! Though recently I was given the opportunity by MyBlogSpark to try out not only Progresso broth, but their panko bread crumbs, which I've never tried. The panko bread crumbs were definitely what made the meal (chicken fingers for lunch!) They're so much lighter and flakier than regular bread crumbs, and of course baking them and not frying them made lunch a bit more healthy for us all!

You can grab coupons for Progresso products here, and for Progresso broths here. Though even if there were no coupon to be had, the panko bread crumbs and broth would be on my shopping list!

And since I love me some Food Network, some great tips from Michael Chiarello for using your panko bread crumbs and broth...
:Substitute panko bread crumbs for coating pork chops, fish or chicken! Dip in flour, then beaten egg, and coat both sides with panko before baking or frying for an awesome crunch!
:Instead of frying, bake chicken coated with panko in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes for the great crispy crunch without the fat!
:To keep moisture in your leftovers, drizzle leftovers with broth before reheating!
:Replace your water with broth in recipes to add that extra flavor when you cook potatoes, rice and grains.
Want to win a Progresso prize pack? This includes a measuring cup, a baking sheet, Progresso panko bread crumbs, Progresso broth, a ladle, a slotted spoon and a Progresso soups recipe book. To enter just leave a comment here with what recipe you would use the Progresso broth or the Progresso panko bread crumbs in!

Magazine subscriptions made easy with MAGHOUND!

Have you heard about Maghound yet? I know that some other great bloggers have already been chatting it up, but now its MY turn. I get to tell you what I think about it!!

First off, Maghound is not any old magazine subscription. Its the best magazine subscription service that is around, and I haven't seen anything like it before. For a monthly fee that is lower than what you would pay to buy 3 magazines at a newsstand, you can subscribe to multiple magazines and have them sent directly to you. The convenience is HUGE. As time goes by, interests change, you may end up with a new hobby and want to subscribe to a different magazine to read up on it. You can change your Maghound magazine subscriptions so easily on the site. Its not a monthly magazine? You can fill in those blank months with another title without any problems... You can even get different magazines for each member of the household!

My BIGGEST perk right now with Maghound? No needing to fuss with each individual magazine to update your mailing info if you move. We're moving at the end of this month and I can change my address info for all my Maghound subscriptions right in my own account. I've said it before, I'll say it again, Convenience is KEY for me.

Would you like to win a ONE YEAR membership to Maghound?? 2 lucky entrants will each win a one year membership by browsing Maghound and leaving a comment here with what your Maghound magazine picks would be- don't worry, you can always change them if you're a winner!
(keep an eye for upcoming Maghound giveaways from Nadine Jolie, Two of a Kind, and Chip Chick!!)

Snazzy Summer features... Simply FaBOWlous!!

We love snazzin' up our outfits around here and though Mommy doesn't always look up to par, the kiddos make up for it, most definitely. I always say, even if they wont let me take a shower and look decent at least... they need to look great to take away from how frazzled I look!!

Boug may be a tomboy at times, but there are certain things... *girly* that she just drools for. The big pink flowered crochet hat from Simply FaBOWlous was one of those things!! Simply FaBOWlous offers up some of the most posh, prissy, girly and adorable items for little girls... like the crochet hat that Boug got, but also tutu's and some of the sweetest hair bows and flower clippies. Though we simply cannot forget about the little rockers in our lives with the little rocker wraps and the tattoo art baby hats!!

Wearing her Simply FaBOWlous hat, she got soooo many comments while we were out and about, which lead to her wanting to wear it to bed. Though I didn't allow it, she would have been elated if I did. Its the time of the year where keeping her hair off of her face is important, she just gets so clammy and the hair on the face doesn't help at all!! There's so many choices at Simply FaBOWlous for great ways to remedy that... adorable headbands, super cute clips... its hard to resist!!

Would you like to win your favorite flower hat from Simply FaBOWlous?? Visit their site and let me know what items that you just love!! 1 winner will receive a flower hat from either the baby collection or toddler/children collection.

Something to treasure forever...

There are few things that I see as more than just a material item. Because things can just be acquired, doesn't mean that they are something that will remain as a piece of your heart forever.

I recently received a Lauren Nicole Gifts, hand stamped silver necklace, and I can honestly say, I will cherish this piece for the rest of my life. I got the hand stamped silver Mommy necklace, lovingly stamped with my Boug and Lil' Buddy's names, and topped off with each of their birthstones.

This isn't your factory processed, cookie cutter necklace... its quality and its personal. These are simply beautiful and I can see them being such a great gift for so many occasions. For baby shower gifts for Mama, bridesmaid gifts, graduation gifts and anything else that you can think of.

Lauren Nicole Gifts offers so many different styles of their hand stamped silver jewelry that it was ridiculously hard to choose which item I wanted, though I am so beyond thoroughly pleased with the necklace that I got.

And with more items at the site, like t-shirts, key chains, coffee cups, aprons and so much more there really is a huge selection of personalized items to choose from at Lauren Nicole Gifts. Its even easy to narrow it down if you're on a budget, you can browse through the items under $10 selections!

Don't forget to stop by the Lauren Nicole Gifts Blog!!

Would you like your own hand stamped silver mommy necklace? Head over to Lauren Nicole Gifts and browse the site, what items are irresistible to you??

Go Pluck Yourself

When I was working in the salon, one of my very favorite services to do was waxing. I loved it. Most of the time there was such a definite before versus after and it was so cool to be able to shape people's brows to fit their eyes and face. But there were always those little straggler hairs and they were the biggest pain in the rear to get rid of. Mostly because the salon that I worked at didn't give us the best tweezers to use.

When I got the opportunity recently to try out LaVaque tweezers, knowing that they'd be coming to my house... I put away my hot wax. I endured a little while with undone brows... and it wasn't too bad, but I knew that something fabulous was coming my way. I know you're thinking "Whatever Casey, tweezers are tweezers are tweezers, what's so special about tweezers?" But trust me, using dollar store tweezers or old tweezers really do make plucking your eyebrows, or any other hair for that matter, so much more difficult.
LaVaque tweezers finally arrived and though I was tempted to pull out the hot wax, I didn't. So I rushed to the bathroom and started plucking... Boy, are these tweezers sharp!! They grip so well that it was so much quicker and so much less painful to pluck out those unruly hairs.

LaVaque tweezers are HOT too... With options that have birthstone Swarovski crystals and even Diamond adorned ones, in addition to their standard and mini pointed, slanted and waxing styles there is a type of tweezer for everyones preference.

Would you believe their guarantee?? "You Break'em, You Dull'em, We Replace'em ™. No Questions Asked." You just try bringing your nasty old tweezers back to the store and see what they say...

For the beauty lovin' mama's out there, how perfect would a pair of awesome tweezers be for Mothers Day??

Would you like to win a pair of standard slanted LaVaque tweezers?
Just leave a comment here with which of the other products at the LaVaque website that you like!!

Spending Quality "Down Time"

One of the ways that Boug, Lil' Buddy, the Hub and I spend some quality down time is by reading. Lil' Buddy is less than interested and Boug has decided that Daddy is the bedtime book man. Mom, I guess, just doesn't measure up to Daddy's reading... or maybe its that she's stuck with me all day long and can't bear to see my face or hear my voice anymore.

Cheerios, one of our all time favorite cereals, for the past 7 years has given out over 35 million books through Spoonful of Stories, packaged in cereal boxes and has donated almost $3 million to the fabulous charity, First Book.

Reading is one of the most rewarding things that we do in our house and I'm sure it ranks pretty high in yours too, and I've had my ideas for a kids book from time to time... but Boug always says, "Ummm Mom, that doesn't even make sense!!" But if you wanted to see your short story for kids (aged 3-8) as one of Cheerios Spoonful of Stories books, you can enter into their contest through July 15th! Head on over to the Spoonful of Stories contest site for more details and to enter.

We've grown to love "The Great Dog Wash" by last years winner of the story contest. I want you to love it too and it will be included in the 4 book prize that you can win here at A Couch With A View!! Boug has completely memorized "Monkey and Me" too... I hear her muttering it throughout the day!!

Would you like to win a collection of 4 short story books from Cheerios Spoonful of Stories?? Post a comment letting me know what your favorite book was as a child or what your child's favorite book is!! Mine was "Where The Sidewalk Ends" by the amazing Shel Silverstein.

Making Diaper Changes Tolerable and Easier!!

Things that make life easier are so important to me!! Lil' Buddy is needy and hardly gives me a chance to use both hands when I'm doing anything... throw Boug into the mix and getting anything done is so much more difficult. When I received a Baggino diaper bag I was excited cause anything that makes things a bit easier is good in my book.

The Baggino diaper bag is a super cool bag that changes from a messenger bag into a "changing belt." It opens up and wraps around your waist so that things that are needed are easily accessible. I always hate putting the diaper bag on the floor or having it take up space when we are out and about and I've gotta change Lil' Buddy's diaper. Some of the places are just grimy!! And to have a regular messenger diaper bag on my shoulder while changing him is just hard, so when the Baggino wraps around my waist, it takes the weight off of my shoulder and I can wressle Lil' Buddy's diaper change so much easier. It even comes with a changing pad that snaps into place and a ton of extra features, like a carabiner clip, an easy key finder, an elastic compartment and built in rings on the side for attaching extra items!! Loving the organizational aspect of it all!!

We also received the learner's bib and that is a life saver!! A soft terry cloth bib with sleeves, in a long length, how can you beat that?? Somehow with bibs, Lil' Buddy is at the point where he can find the only spot that a regular bib isn't covering and completely trash his clothes with whatever it is that he's eating... It kills me cause I always dress the kids better than I dress myself and next thing you know, they're a mess!!

Would you like to win a learner's bib and a Baggino junior?? I have a set to giveaway to a lucky winner!! Leave a comment here with your favorite feature of the Baggino line!!

Loving Cute Baby Shoes!!

Lil' Buddy hit a milestone recently. He's a big boy and it seems to have really rang true within the past 2-3 weeks. He's only 8 months and he's in a size 12-24 months clothing comfortably!! Shoes are another story, his feet are not just big in length, they're some of the fattest feet EVER! When I came across Cute Baby Shoes, of course I was intrigued... they say that their shoes fit more true to size. Not only that Cute Baby Shoes has an adorable selection, its hard to narrow down which ones that I wanted for Lil' Buddy.

I wound up choosing the blue sport baby shoes and I couldn't have been happier when they arrived. These shoes truly do fit more to size so of course, being the skeptic that I am, wound up getting them a teeny bit big, I'm totally fine with that because he'll be have these ready and waiting for him. I cant wait!

Not only do Cute Baby Shoes carry more true to size shoes, but the soles are padded unlike some other soft sole baby shoe companies. It makes me feel a bit better knowing there's a little more protection for Lil' Buddy's feet. And again, unlike some other soft sole shoes, Cute Baby Shoes weren't as hard to get onto his fat fat fat little feet. I could actually get them on him easily without him being able to pull them off as well. HUGE perk! With adorable cream monkeys for either a boy or a girl, the girly bouquet or the kickin' black flames among some of their adorable styles, there really is something for every kids personality.

How cute are the watermelon shoes for summertime?? Remember, right now you can enter code B2G1 at checkout when you buy 2 pairs you can get 1 free!! They also do fabulous custom orders where you can pick your own colors for the front, border and heel colors to your likings!!

Would you like a pair of Cute Baby Shoes for a little one in your life? Head on over to the Cute Baby Shoes site and browse around, what do you think that you'd pick if you were the lucky winner? Let me know!!

Florastor Kids!!

From the Florastor site:

"In every child there are billions of microorganisms that keep your gut (intestines) working properly. Some medicines, certain diseases, travel and stress can cause an upset of the balance of microorganisms in your body. Florastor® Kids promotes and maintains intestinal health and is safe to take with other medicines."

My Boug has an uneasy belly balance for some reason... I dont know if its all the fresh fruit and veggies, she doesn't really eat junk at all, but she's a farter. I mean, this kid lets them rip. Day in- day out...

I most recently asked the doctor about it even!! I don't want her heading off to Kindy being the "smelly kid." Here's the next step in the anti-fart quest... Florastor Kids. She's taken it once and we're judging to see how well it works. Maybe just balancing out her intestinal health would really help with her talkative heiney.

Florastor Kids:

  • Maintains the balance of good microorganisms in the gut.
  • Keeps the gut functioning well.
  • Promotes intestinal health.
  • Protects good microorganisms in the gut.
  • Improves consistency of bowel movements.
Would you like a package of Florastor Kids to try?? Just leave a comment with who you would give it to!!

Convenience and Cleanliness

Lets talk about convenience (one of my faves) and cleanliness for right now.
I'm neurotic about cleanliness outside of my home especially when it comes to the kids. Neat Solutions has eased my mind on so many different levels with some of the most convenient products for cleanliness a mother could ever hope for!!

We took the kids out to dinner with my parents the other night. This was Lil' Buddy's very first trip to a restaurant. We've been putting it off because Boug HATED restaurants more than anything until she was 2. We brought along the most adorable Winnie the Pooh table topper. The Table Topper is a disposable, stick on placemat... why do we sterilize everything for so long in our babies lives to just let them eat right off of a germy table? You really never know just how clean that they are.

Now I'm thinking if I had Table Toppers for Boug when she was little, maybe she wouldn't have despised restaurants so much. They have some of the most adorable characters on them and are a real attention grabber for little ones!!

Its not just the Table Topper that Neat Solutions offers, they have some of the best stuff for the youngins... They offer the All-In-One Mealkit, the Potty Topper, Meal and Play mat and more items than that! There are certain products available on the site to buy and you can check their store locator for a location near you!

Would you like to win a package of
Dora the Explorer Table Toppers? Leave a comment here with your favorite Neat Solutions product!!
