Sweets for your Sweeties!
This time of year, with Valentine's day coming up, there are candies and sweets everywhere! No matter what store I'm in, no matter which direction I turn, there's candy. But few stack up to my great expectations....... and then I found Fat Daddy Sweets.
Oh, My, Goodness... Fat Daddy Sweets sent me some amazing toffee, as well as some caramels, freshly made. Do you know the awesome goodness of freshly made, homemade candy?
Alicia at Fat Daddy Sweets has been baking for the past 32 years, and was taught by her mother and grandmother. (Who better to teach??) She's a stay at home mom of two busy children of her own and will have your sweets ready to ship within 48 hours of your order. I can't even find time to take a shower with my 2 little ones, and this woman gets crazy with the candy! How she does it, I dont know, its not a small feat!! Alicia has dedicated Mondays and Wednesdays to baking and shipping, so there isn't much of a wait to curb your sweet tooth!
With items like chocolate covered cherries, caramel center truffles, and "chocolate love"... whats not to love? There's many more items in her shop and she's adding more all the time! And with prices that are so so so reasonable, its hard not to stop adding things to your cart!!
I'm a candy-aholic yet I have HIGH standards, though Fat Daddy Sweets met the bar I set so high and went way above and beyond! The toffee and the caramels are AMAZING!!!

Milk chocolate dipped Maple Nut Cream is my choice... what I wouldn't give for one of those right now after lunch. :-) The Vanilla Buttercream is a close second.
Chocolate and caramel so the Caramel center truffles sounds fantastic.
What looks good? In a word - everything. But I think I would pick the Damn Good Banana Bread if I am lucky enough to win.

I have bought multiple edibles from etsy and never have been disappointed. Everything on Fat Daddy's site looks good, but I must admit, the DAMN GOOD BANANA BREAD would be my pick. I just love WARM BANANA bread topped with a scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream.
