Canned artichoke hearts, Garlic Alfredo sauce. Make a white sauce pizza, make homemade pizza dough and parbake it for this recipe (bake the crust for about 10 minutes or so before adding the toppings), spread on your favorite brand of garlic alfredo sauce, if you think it is too runny, which I usually do, you can thicken up in a saucepan with a tablespoon or maybe two of flour or cornstarch and warm it up until it thickens up. Then spread it over the parbaked crust. Drain the can of artichoke hearts and then squeeze out of each of them as much juice as you can. Chop up the artichoke hearts and just peel off the leaves and scatter over the top of the garlic alfredo sauce, add on some chopped or sliced onion, red onion is pretty for this, then add on already chopped cooked meat of choice, we usually use chicken, but ham is tasty too, then top with herbs if you want like a small amount chopped basil and parsley, then cover all with Mozarella cheese and continue baking as per the recipe or store bought pizza dough calls for. I like to serve this along with a fruit salad that has lots of pineapple in it, or a pineapple upside down cake with extra cherries on top when going to serve it.
