Don't beat your feet, TREAT your feet! Dr. Scholl's giveaway!
There are few things that I do for myself, but buying good shoes and treating my feet to quality insoles is something I choose to do for me. As a busy, busy, busy mom, as so many of my readers are, we know how hard we can be on our feet. You run here, you trip over toys, you work, you drive, you are go-go-go all the time. Personally, as a busy mom, and a waitress and bartender on top of that, my feet are the one part of my body that feels completely beat up.
I had the chance to treat my feet to Dr. Scholl's custom fit orthotics, and I have to say that even with my pricey shoes, that I shouldn't NEED insoles for, these orthotics make a WORLD of difference! My first step was heading to a custom fit orthotic center and getting my feet "read." I was able to find my nearest kiosk at the Wal-Mart nearby my house. The kiosks have more than 2,000 sensors that read your feet and suggests the right orthotic insert for you. I slipped mine in immediately and was amazed. I felt like my posture changed, and after just a day, I really didn't feel like my feet were as tired or felt as stressed as they usually do after a long day.
To find a custom fit kiosk near you, you can head to the Dr. Scholl's homepage and do a quick search. I have 3 in my area, its nice to have a few available nearby!! Once you head to the kiosk and get mapped, you can also access a mail-in rebate to get $7.50 back on your purchase!
Want to win a pair of Dr. Scholl's custom fit orthotics? Leave a comment here letting me know what the biggest stressor is on your feet! Please keep in mind, winner will need to visit a custom fit orthotic kiosk and give me their foot mapping recommendation by June 23rd in order to have prize win fulfilled.

My poor feet, besides having to walk me around all day, flat footed, bunions, and bone spur are a few of the reasons my feet need a treat with Dr Scholl's. vickers_73460 at yahoo dot com

One of my four sons dropped a solid oak stool on my foot. The big toe was completely crush and jammed over to the side. The bone was also split down the middle. With my high arches I have a hard time walking. The doctor at the time told me they couldn't do a thing for me and that I would have foot pain the rest of my life. It The foot has since healed but it does give me pain occasionally and I have a difficult time walking for long periods of time.. I wonder if this could help.

My PT told me this past week that it is very important to get orthotics in order to save my spine and improve my ability to walk. These would be great.
The biggest stressor on my feet is when I take long walks.
I have to undergo regular radiation treatments, which leaves my body weakened.
I love to walk, but I need the proper support so my feet do not ache.
Thanks for the great giveaway. -Pauline

i'm diabetic and any cut or sore takes forever to heal. i'd like to prevent problems with orthotics.rob,rf60527@att.net
the biggest stressor on my feet is that I'm on them nearly all day. I don't have much time at work to sit down.
Mostly what I have is Tendonitis in my right foot. That feels like a nail is being driven into the ball of my foot.
A couple of times a year I struggle with Plantar Faciitis in both feet. I know when I have it because its like walking on broken glass in the morning.
Perhaps I do have to look into getting an orthotic.

I would like to win this for my mother who broke her ankle a few years ago and has had 3 surgeries since. This would take off some of the pressure so that she can continue to exercise for her health.
