Holiday Wish List includes Moonjar!

I know that each year, for holidays, birthdays and just because, my kids get dollars and pocketfuls of change from family and friends. I try my hardest to instill good qualities in my kids with their money, like how to save, but sometimes its hard. Moonjar has jumped in to help me, and you, with teaching our kids how to spend, save and share.

Moonjar is a 3 part money bank that helps teach kids value of money. Each Moonjar has a "spend, save and share" compartment to point your kids in a good direction for financial responsibility. With Moonjar, I feel confident that my kids will make good decisions with their money, and I'm already thinking of ways that they can do good with their "share" money! I know each year my own job does campaigns to benefit the Make A Wish foundation. I know that Boug would love to take her "share" money and donate it to MAW for a kid that would really need it.

Moonjar is available for ordering online from their shop, and although at this point it wouldn't be an arrival in time for the holiday, its still a great addition to your household afterwords!!

Moonjar provided me with their product free of charge to aid in my review. This in no way changes how I feel about the product or the company!

Holiday Wish List includes Hallmark!

Something so timeless as a story can be such a great gift for the holidays. My children love receiving books and every year there are new ones under the tree. I love that Hallmark has recordable storybooks that gives a special touch to great stories!

With Hallmark's recordable storybooks, you, or someone who lives a distance away, can record the words to the story, so that you can listen to their voice tell the story. These are so perfect, given the fact that the in-laws live 4 hours away. My mother in law enjoyed recording the story so much for Boug and Lil' Buddy, and it was such a joy to see them receive Frosty The Snowman, recorded in their grandmothers voice.

Hallmark has other choices available, both for the holidays and year round. For the holidays you can get The Night Before Christmas or The First Nativity as well. There are year round choices like Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star, Guess How Much I Love You, We're Not Scared of Anything, Hey Diddle Diddle and more!

You can pick up Hallmark Recordable Storybooks in stores!

I received the Hallmark recordable storybook of Frosty the Snowman at no charge to aid in my review, this in no way changes how I feel about the product or the company!

Holiday Wish List includes Peaceable Kingdom Press!

After bringing awareness to Peaceable Kingdom Press last year through the holiday gift guide that ran, I knew I had to do it again this year. Miss Boug absolutely adored the items she received from Peaceable Kingdom Press and so did I! Their products are such high quality and Boug is able to actually learn from them, instead of junk that accomplishes nothing.

Peaceable Kingdom Press provides wonderful games, sticker sets, cards, stationery and so much more. Their products are vibrant and full of gorgeous illustration!! These aren't your everyday cookie cutter gifts, they have personality all of their own!
This year Boug was super excited to try out the Spunky Monkey game from PKPress and we celebrated its arrival by sitting down and playing game. Which quickly turned into two and three! Its fun but simple, you collect tiles by spinning a wheel and there are easy ways to turn it into a more complex game if need be. What I love most of all, is that Boug can't wait til Bud is a little older so that she can teach him how to play this game! She is really taking pride in how encouraging this game was for her to learn and she wants to pass her pride right onto him by teaching him! You can purchase your Spunky Monkeys game here.

Holiday Wish List includes Things Remembered!!

One of a kind gifts are great for the holidays because they let the recipient know that you put thought into making it perfect and just for them. I've turned to Things Remembered many times over the years for personalized items and this year is no different. I've picked up everything from graduation gifts, to birthday presents, Christmas ornaments and more from Things Remembered, but this year I'm so excited to give my own mother a beautiful and meaningful gift from TR. Though TR carries so many different items, I've always loved some of their personalized jewelry items the most. All new this season, the Resilient Heart Necklace and the Radiant Star Bracelet are my favorite, not just because of how stunning they are, but for the simple fact that they also benefit the Make A Wish foundation, my very favorite charity.

Also new this season is perfect for any young lady, an engravable butterfly compact, which I know is right up my nieces alley. She's 13 and I couldn't tell you that I know any 13 year old girl who wouldn't love it. For the gadget lovers, there is a new digital photo keychain, and for the gamblers, there's a new super cool silver personalized playing card set available!

I love the convenience of TR. You can shop online, which is great, but even shopping in their stores is super convenient as well. I've never waited more than 2 hours to pick up the great personalized gift I had decided on from the TR store!

Want to win a gift from Things Remembered?? Leave a comment here with what you would engrave your gift with. Would you choose the compact, digital photo keychain, playing cards or one of the Make-A-Wish jewelry pieces?

Holiday Wish List includes JUMBiES!!

I love things different and quirky and JUMBiES are those different and quirky little toys that will be sitting in so many stockings this year. These cute toys have been compared to the next beanie babies and I can see why, they're about the same size and they're totally the same cuteness!!

The story of the JUMBiES is too funny, and a fun story to share with the kiddos, they totally got into the whole thing!!

There were more babies being born than ever before. The storks had to deliver them from shore to shore. There were baby elephants, bears, dogs, and cats. They had tigers, skunks and even baby bats!

You could also find raccoons, deer, mice and whales. There were camels, sharks and dinosaurs with long tails. There were koalas, kangaroos and chimpanzees. The storks had all kinds of fish and even bumblebees! They had to deliver them in the north, south, east and west.

There was so much to do they had little time for rest. They flew to America, Europe, Antarctica and down under. They went to Africa and Asia trying not to blunder. There was not a place on earth where the storks did not fly. Everywhere in the world the storks filled up the sky. They had to move real fast for there was no time to be slow.

It began to get very confusing on where they had to go. Some storks turned left when they should have turned right. Some storks flew all day when they should have flown at night. Other storks flew east when they should have gone west. Everything went wrong even though they were trying their best. Then in began to happen in a flash! One by one they started to CRASH!
!!

The storks smashed right into each other. It kept happening one after the other. They crashed in the clouds up in the air. There were stork feathers everywhere! They landed in the water, the trees and in the dirt. It was a miracle that none of the storks were hurt.

Then they quickly went to see if the babies were okay. The babies were fine but the storks did not know what to say. When the storks crashed and tumbled, it appeared all the animal babies were jumbled! The storks could not believe their eyes. These babies were quite a surprise. They still looked very lovable and sweet. But they were very different from their head to their feet.

There were no more zebras or elephants. But they found lots and lots of Zelephants! They looked for giraffes and buffaloes. But the storks only found Giraffaloes! These jumbled babies became a new breed. So they called them JUMBiES the storks agreed.

There were no lions, tigers or bears anywhere around. But they found thousands
of these JUMBiES on the ground. Even bugs, birds and fish were not the same. The storks had to take all of the blame. Now since all the babies were a jumbled mix. The storks had a problem that was not easy to fix. It was not clear where these little ones were suppose to go. These babies were jumbled up so the storks did not know. They took the JUMBiES to a place with palm trees and white sand. The storks called this beautiful island JUMBiELAND.

But the JUMBiES still needed homes where they would be cared for. So the storks flew everywhere on earth and knocked on every door. The storks found homes with loving girls and boys. The JUMBiES have given them many new joys.

But there are more JUMBiES that still happen every day. They too need homes that give them love in a special way. The storks continue to find homes for them like yours and mine. The JUMBiES need your special love because they are one of a
kind.

I know the JUMBiES are going to be a huge hit this holiday season, and you can pick yours up online at the JUMBiES store or check their store listings for other retailers. We love our Zelephant and our HorseFly!!

Want to win a win 2 JUMBiES?? Leave a comment here with which JUMBiE is your favorite! See all the choices here.
