Getting ready for swimsuit season, with help from Quaker!
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Quaker Oats for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
I procrastinated all winter long and now I'm in a mad rush to get back into shape for the summer. I have all these goals of eating right and exercising and whatnot, but I never seem to do much more than make small changes. I suppose you have to start somewhere, right? I tend to reach for foods that keep me full for longer and give me fuel while working out. Quaker Soft Baked Bar is something I'm going to be continuing to reach for to keep my stamina up! My dad got me hooked on items like this and being a dedicated Quaker customer, I'm happy to find something to add to my "fuel-food" stash. These only have 140 calories, 5 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and are an awesome source of B-Vitamins. Not are they only a wholesome food, but for people like me, they're a great grab and go breakfast snack.
I'm not sure I'll be able to chose between their two flavors, Banana Nut Bread and Cinnamon Pecan Bread. Both are definitely comfort-food flavors for me that are calling my name!! They're both loaded up with real fruits and nuts, and can be eaten as is, or tossed in the microwave to be warmed just like a sweet bakery treat.
I'm hoping that keeping these on hand will give me the fuel that I need so I don't quit my workout in the middle because I'm starving!
