Easy entertaining with Hellmann's Real Holiday Helpings!!

If you frequent A Couch With A View, you know that I attempt to do a weekly meal plan and love recipes that are easy, cheap, and of course, delish. But I hardly ever take holidays into account- I know I know... what the heck Casey?

Hellmanns logo
One of my loves, Bobby Flay, has teamed up with Hellmann's to provide "Real Holiday Helpings" to make entertaining this holiday season that much easier. The Hellmann's Real Holiday Helpings site is definitely handy because not only are the recipes easy, most use simple ingredients to make some delicious dishes to share this holiday season- and of course year round. Available to make it easier on you are some of Bobby Flay's videos, to help walk you through recipes instead of just going at it blind. I love them because they reduce the risk of mucking up a really great recipe. While at the Real Holiday Helpings site, you can grab a coupon for $1 off of your next purchase of Hellmann's mayo, which is in some of the recipes at the site.

I can't wait to make the Disappearing Buffalo Chicken Dip for our next gathering!!
2 c. diced chicken
1/4 c. cayenne pepper sauce
1 c. mayo
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Toss chicken in the cayenne pepper sauce, stir in remaining ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Top with crumbled bleu. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes and serve with your favorite dipping snack!

Want to win a $25 Amex gift card to help out with your holiday party grocery bill?? Visit Real Holiday Helpings and let me know which recipe catches your eye!!
