The more women that I talk to, the more I hear the same New Years resolution each and every year. Lose weight. Get in shape. Tone up. Exercise more. Always hearing a body image or fitness related resolution. Of course, I'm an offender of that as well, and this year is no different. I'm in TWO weddings this year and am beginning to get back on the workout track myself.
Blakeley Smart reached out to me and wanted to share her experience with the Body By Vi Challenge with the readers here at A Couch With A View! Some people will be turned off right away that the Body By Vi Challenge uses shakes as nutrition, but Blakeley has assured me that she finds them to be delicious! There are kits to purchase once you set your 90 day goal. These kits fit lots of different goals, like the balance kit, the core kit, the transformation kit and more. (You could even capitalize on the freebie I posted earlier, combine the Body By Vi Challenge with a freebie membership to 24 Hour Fitness.)
The thing with Body By Vi, is that there are prizes to be won for participating in their Challenge. They offer over $25,000,000 every 90 days to participants who are using the Body By Vi system to drop their pounds. Prizes include products, dream vacations, and more!
Wanna win a sample pack of shakes and goodies from Blakeley and the Body By Vi Challenge? Leave a comment here with which kit you would purchase to join in on the Body By Vi Challenge! You can read more about the kits here. There will be 5 winners in this giveaway!!
