Friday night is family taco night. The soft and crunchy taco recipe sounds good. That served with cold Mexican beer for the adults, and Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass on the stereo for the whole family. Ole!

I'm a vegetarian, so I just make my tacos with my vegetarian filling that I make out of tofu & TVP(textured vegetable protein), seasoned with soy sauce & garlic pepper salt. I use that to make veggie "meatballs", "meatloaf", & for filling in burritos, and in chili.
